Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
3 T. oil
1 cup or fresh frozen blueberries.

Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Make well in center. Add egg, buttermilk, and oil. Stir until moistened. Fold in one cup of frozen or fresh blueberries. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full Bake for about 15 minutes. Makes about 16 muffins.
